JLD Meeting Reservation [Virtual / Hybrid / In-Person]

VIRTUAL and HYBRID MEETINGS

Please be sure to enter both the start and end time of your meeting. With so many JLD Members having virtual and hybrid meetings, we may need to schedule back-to-back.

With that in mind, please end your meeting on or before the stated end time.

Please make sure you tell us the headcount so that we will give you the correct log in for your meeting.

If you use autofill for your name, please check all of the fields to make sure the field properly filled in.

You will receive an email from Lisa Nelson, lnelson@jld.net, with your log in information. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email Lisa Nelson.

 

IN-PERSON MEETING REQUIREMENTS

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following requirements for meetings:

  • At this time the maximum size of an in-person meeting is 25. The room will be set up for social distancing and the set up cannot be moved.
  • In-person attendees are required to sign a certification regarding their COVID status and health upon entering Headquarters.
  • Anyone who has traveled internationally within the last 14 days will not be allowed to attend an in-person meeting.
  • Attendees must wear a mask while in Headquarters. There are masks at Headquarters in case someone arrives without a mask.

 

AV EQUIPMENT: Standard package is computer, screen, microphone which are all located in the podium in the meeting room.
